MALLARD COVE LAYOUT:
MAIN LEVEL: Easy, no-stairs front entrance from the covered drive into Foyer. To right of Foyer is an open floor plan Kitchen with large island, 2 sinks, table with 6 seats, conversation area, fireplace. Next to Kitchen area is Dining Room w beautiful custom wood table, seating for 8. Beyond Dining Room is Family Room w cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and smart TV (fireplace use Oct thru April). Half Bath just off Entry Foyer. To left of Foyer is screened Porch w table, Weber gas grill.
UPPER LEVEL: 1300sf Master Bedroom Suite w King Bed, Dressing/Closet areas, Bonus Room w desk area, Queen sleeper-sofa. Large Master Bath w 2 vanity sink areas, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.
LOWER LEVEL: Family Room w combination Pool Table/Ping-Pong, HD TV, Queen sleeper-sofa. Bar area just off Family Room. Three Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 w 2 Twin Beds, Bedroom 2 w Queen Bed are separated by Jack-N-Jill Bath w 2 sinks, tub/shower. Guest Bedroom 3 w Queen Bed, Full Bath w sink and tub/shower. This bath also serves Game Room. Game Room opens onto in-ground hot tub area.
LAKEFRONT: Double Boathouse has spacious Rooftop Deck, w lots of outdoor seating. A long Pier extends from Boathouse around the right side of the Cove. Kayaks/stand-up paddle boards are on a rack along the pier. Outdoor fire pit area is close to the lakefront along the right side of the pier.

Within 10-15 minute drive from two championship golf courses and restaurants at Rumbling Bald On Lake Lure (both open to the public).
Just a few minutes to Ingles grocery, restaurants, hiking trails, zip-lining, horseback riding.
