Perfect for families and groups, this peaceful property includes the private Serenity Suite guest house, offering extra space and privacy for multi-generational stays or couples traveling together. Inside, you shall find warm wood finishes, cozy textures, and a wood-burning fireplace that invites relaxation after a day of mountain or lake adventures.

Step outside to soak in panoramic lake and mountain views from the spacious deck or gather around the fire pit under the stars. Enjoy a game of foosball or ping pong in the game area, relax on the porch with your morning coffee, or share a meal in the open-concept dining space. Every corner of Tranquility Lake House is designed for connection and comfort. Important Property Notes
• Tranquility Lake House requires a Water Waiver to be completed to confirm the reservation. If the form is not completed within 24 hours of the Vacation Rental Addendum being signed, the reservation shall be canceled. Thank you.
• Rumbling Bald Passes. Your home comes equipped with Rumbling Bald Community Passes, which give you access to several activities in the community. We do not manage the Rumbling Bald community amenities, and summertime amenities are only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Noise Ordinance
Tranquility Lake House is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended. During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.




Each reservation staying 29 days or less includes our exclusive Mountain Discovery Pass, which includes one Biltmore Estate pass, in addition to a ticket for other seasonal attractions that are sure to delight and entertain! This reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver policy. If you prefer to use a refundable security deposit, please contact our office to provide a check for the security deposit and we will refund the damage waiver. Thank you!
