"The location was very peaceful, house was clean and functional. The pool and pool table made it a perfect venue for a mixed generation family getaway, combined with lots of separate sleeping spaces. There were a couple of cafe/take away places nearby and supermarkets within 10 mins drive, so catering was straightforward. The host (a property management firm) required uploading of drivers licence and credit card information which was unusual, but the login wasn't given out until this was provided. Check in and out was self managed and very simple. Plenty of parking onsite. The departure was extended for a late checkout at no extra charge which was kind. "

"We booked this place for 3 nights in early September for a family holiday. It was a lovely stay with breath-taking sunset views of the lake. Our parents were very impressed. We only ended up using 3 of the 5 bedrooms and there were no complaints. Didn't use sofa bed or single beds. The house is tucked away at the end of a driveway in a quiet street. The driveway leads to a foreshore reserve. It was serene and we basically remained undisturbed. Friendly warning: the neighbour next door owns two dogs. The listing somehow says indoor pool - there is no such thing. We did not use the pool as the weather wasn't warm enough. There were few leaves scattered. According to the info pack sent before arrival, the pool is not open for winter (reopens Sept school holidays). Firewood was provided as promised but we did not get to use it. We had to bring our own portable high chair but the dining chairs were incompatible due to the design. When we arrived, the house was cleaned recently. however, my husband noted that the carpet felt a little 'sticky' in the ensuite. On our last night, there were clusters of mosquitoes/bugs lingering around the ceiling and walls of the main hallway even though all doors and windows remained closed throughout day. Probably entered through air vents.Loved the centralised aircon/heating. Someone left a chunk of washing powder in the wrong compartment - had to clean before putting my own laundry liquid. Hot water shower temp tricky to adjust. "

"The lake house was just beautiful. Fabulous location straight on the lake front with a walking path to wander around the lake. View from house was lovely. Local IGA, bakery, pizza and RSL all in walking distance. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this holiday home! The house is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The water views are breathtaking, whether you’re enjoying the scenery from the living room, kitchen/dining, bedrooms or the balcony, it's truly a peaceful and picturesque setting. There’s so much to do, we loved kayaking on the water, swimming in the large pool, and trying our luck at fishing off the jetty, we even hired a boat for the day and explored the lake. The sunsets were absolutely stunning, making for the perfect way to end each day. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!"
