"The staff was the best part of my experience. Check in was smooth, service with a smile. Even the valet was on point. Parking is expensive, but it's Orlando. The middle elevator was broken the two days I was there so waiting on the elevator was the only frustration.. not a big deal. Everything was clean and I want to stress how well the front desk staff handled the busy lobby. A fashion show, parents with little ones Disney bound, it was a lot going on and I just observed; no matter how difficult one particular female guest seemed to be the man and woman (front desk staff) made the situation better and this woman was rude.... The food was great at the restaurant, breakfast was nothing to recommend or brag about because like most it was basic and bland. The bed was COMFORTABLE!!! Housekeeping did walk in on us without knocking, luckily we were fully dressed. Not sure why she came in (especially without knocking) as we weren't scheduled to check out that day. "

"Not like …….. Night Time I need to get down to the lobby. Asking for milk for my girl and the person the front desk tells me 3Times. The price for the cup of milk $3.50 … Let, Me, Feel, Uncomfortable, I, Never, Asking For Free"

"It was just a short drive to Universal or Disney. Everything was clean and staff was so helpful. Breakfast was very good and anything missing was resolved by staff immediately. Loved the tea selection!"
