"Our host was very welcoming. The house was in a perfect location (our grandchildren enjoyed the playground just down the neighborhood walkway) and large enough for our family to gather together. We could have used a larger kitchen table or folding table with a few more kitchen or folding chairs. Our daughter who lives locally brought over their folding table for more room for eating and playing games. Thanks for having a few games available. "

"Our family stayed here to celebrate Thanksgiving and my birthday, and the home truly made the experience special. Every space was thoughtfully designed and incredibly well equipped. From the comfortable beds and spacious rooms to the abundance of towels, it was clear that a lot of care went into making guests feel at home.The kitchen and butler’s pantry were the heart of our stay. They were fully stocked, all appliances worked beautifully, and we were able to prepare and enjoy family style meals together in both the living room and the sunroom. Those shared moments meant so much to us.The outdoor spaces were just as wonderful. We grilled, gathered around the fire pit every day, and created memories we will cherish for a long time. Everyone had a great time, and this house truly made it easy for our family to relax, connect, and enjoy being together. We are very grateful for such a warm and welcoming place."

"We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful home on Lake McQueeny. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for a relaxing and fun getaway. From morning coffee on the deck, the awesome views of the area and lake, and the convenience of being somewhat close to Gruene and NB, every moment was peaceful and memorable. The home had everything we needed and more. It was clear a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable and welcome.A special shoutout to Shannon, the property manager, and Jack the owner who was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They both made the entire booking and check-in process smooth and stress free.We’re already looking forward to our next stay and will definitely be booking again with the same wonderful hosts.
