"This is a nice hotel but what gives it the 5 star rating is the staff. Every person is helpful, friendly and speaks to you on a personal level. I had requested specific beds and it was honored and upon entering the room, they even had the extra bedding we needed ready for us. All of the staff would acknowledge you and was amazing. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The check in/check out process was not complicated at all, very easy. The house was cozy, comfortable & clean. We loved all the beautiful woodwork. Our host contact Julie was friendly & extremely responsive. She even bought umbrellas over for the rainy Saturday. We loved the kitchen. It was so functional & contemporary. It had everything we needed for our stay. If I am ever in Minnesota again, we would definitely stay here. We made great memories in this lovely home."
