"Staff was great. But I paid $900+ do to this place having a hot tub and couldn't stay in the pool room more than 5 minutes. Water in the pool and hot tub burned all of our eyes and skin. Totally unacceptable."

"We were upgraded to a studio and it was very clean, a large space and beautiful soaking tub with separate shower. It was very quiet and so nice to be able to walk out of our room and walk around the mall of America."

"Call Expedia in advance to make sure they had add free breakfast, free parking and working Jacuzzi. We bought, we were told they had all of that. So we booked the room and showed up there. And Jacuzzi is shut down until October. The breakfast is not free or included, and you must pay for parking. Wish we had known that ahead of time. We would have booked elsewhere.. Not a good experience, nor the vacation we wanted"

"The 242 reviews before mine were not wrong. "The Cottage" was spotless & provided everything I needed for a 20 day stay. It was also close to nearby conveniences, peaceful, bright & beautiful. The furniture & bedding were very comfortable. I really appreciated the washer & dryer !!! The garden looks like it will be amazing during the warm weather. Caroline was the best host ever !!!!!!"

"Stayed at the cottage with my parents and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved how cozy the house was, clean, convenient location, and it had pretty much everything we needed. Alex was quick to respond and very helpful! I loved drinking my coffee in the sunroom and watching the chickens in the morning! Would definitely stay at the cottage again! "
