Check-in staff were very efficient & courteous. Our biggest complaint was the temperature outside was in single digits & there were no blankets/comforters on the bed. I had to use towels & my down coat for covers to sleep.

Heater fan was extremely noisy, mold on ceiling in hallways, bathroom vent extremely dirty, hot tub not working.
