"This is a gorgeous home. The living room is especially comfortable. The unique dining table is memorable and provided a spot for our families to congregate for food and games. Each room is spacious. The home was super clean and the kitchen well stocked. We slept well in the forest air and loved our time here."

"The property was very clean upon arrival. Perfect location for visiting Ouray and Silverton. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. We spoke with Sean several times throughout our stay and he was very prompt to respond."

"The house is spacious, great furnishings for a large group and well stocked. Lots of games for the kids and they loved having their own space in the basement. The setting is beautiful and the location was great. It was a challenge getting down to the lake but if you can make it down there it’s fun for fishing or canoeing."

"Great home-base for outdoor fun. Two of us and a small dog, easy access to grass and walk. Totally appreciate comfortable bed, couch, towels and even TP. Kitchen well stocked, extras, like seasoning, coffee was a nice touch. Fast communication and easy access in/out."

"Clean property, quiet neighborhood, has everything you need to cook your meals if you want it. It’s located between Durango and Silverton, close to City Market for needed groceries. Plenty of gas stations.The highlight of our trip was the Train Ride from Durango to Silverton.The weather was beautiful during our stay.Beds are firm, not too comfortable, was not able to enjoy the outdoors much due to tons of mosquitoes, have to spray your self a lot. There were no fish in the little pond in front of the property, Another con was that the biggest lake called Electra Lake you have to pay to get in and it’s per person not per vehicle. I was looking forward to go all the different lakes, however, they are mostly in private property and no access. We wanted an outdoor experience and we felt cheated. Over all we had a good time and we recommended the property,"
