"Location is perfect. Needs a makeover. Elevator rug needs a change. They are fixing the parking lot so working on outside improvements. Bathroom ceiling falling out but room was large and clean. Top bedding needed to be cleaned. Just needs to be updated."

"The heat/cool system was right on point. Two front desk gals were very nice. Met another employee & we chatted a bit twice - again, very nice. There were a couple things re: cleanliness: microwave timer still at 2 sec left suggests the keypad wasn't cleaned - or was but not reset; TV remote's keys could use a good toothbrushing w/ a wipe; area below microwave was spattered. Nothing I couldn't live with. Decent stay overall."

"We had a nice weekend at the lake house once we settled in. The view was terrific and the view in the morning was very relaxing. Also, there was plenty of room for our family reunion. The firepit on the little beach was a hit. The kids loved fishing off of the dock. The location was beautiful however, there were a few issues that need to be addressed. Firstly, the refrigerator was awful. The brackets on the door were both broken and the bottom shelf glass was gone. This made storage very limited. Secondly, the house was surface clean but, don't look behind it. When we went to move the loveseat, we found trash and dust that been there for a very long time. Under the cushions hadn't been vaccumed either, as there was months of dirt accumulated. Many of the dishes we went to use were dirty and needed to be washed before we used them. The coffee maker needed a thorough cleaning as it took 45 min to brew a pot. I went out, bought vinegar, and de-scaled it several times to get it to work properly. Thirdly, the furniture was old and theadbare, and the beds mattresses very old and uncomfortable. Lastly, getting there was made difficult due to GPS being spotty, I would highly recommend a reflective address sign at the end of the drive.This all being said, we did have a very wonderful time at the house. Debbie was very helpful and responded immediately when we need her to help us with a small matter."

"We had a wonderful weekend stay at this chalet! The place felt brand new, impeccably clean, modern and completely, fully updated with all the right amenities. It gave us the perfect balance of feeling private and remote, while still being super convenient for visiting with friends nearby in Wellston. Check-in and check-out were a total breeze. It was the perfect, comfortable setup for our family - including our two daughters and our puppy, who was just as warmly welcomed. We couldn't have asked for a better pet-friendly getaway and will definitely be back."
