Cozy up at the Oasis on the Bluff! Enjoy this beautiful 2 Bed 2 Bath lake front condo with an incredible view of the main channel without even leaving your bed. You will want to grab a drink to relax on the screened in patio and enjoy the view. This space is perfect for anything from a romantic getaway to a fun family adventure.
Although there is plenty to do in the area, you can have a fun filled week or weekend trip without even leaving the condo complex. This specific unit is nice and quiet, and away from the noise. All you can hear is the sound of boats passing by.

You can travel light because we supply towels, linens, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and all soaps. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots & pans, and a full size washer and dryer for those extended stays.

Regatta Bay is in a quiet area surrounded by trees. There are pickleball courts, a tennis court and two swimming pools, one of which is directly on the water, as well as a fun playground for the kids.
It is centrally located on the Horseshoe Bend Parkway. Only minutes and a short uber ride away from many waterfront restaurants and bars. This includes Shady Gators and H-Toads. It is also located in the center of many major golf courses.

The lakefront condo was spacious, clean, inviting along with appliances all working. The view from the screened in porch was even better than promised! The only surprise was the 35 step stairway from the parking lot to the front door of the unit, which was a bit of a challenge for septuagenarians with luggage. Other than that, a great place to stay!

Lovely Relaxing Oasis

My two friends and I had a lovely stay here for a mom’s getaway! The location was quiet and felt very private which was perfect for us. The condo was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The owners were very communicative and helped us with a few questions we had during our stay!

Lake Gaetaway

This property is in a great location with amazing views of the lake from the balcony. Plenty of room for our family and lots of amenities that are noce to have when on vacation. We enjoyed time at the pool by the lake and going to the bagnell dam strip. No complaints, this is a great condo.

LOTO Getaway

My wife and I were looking for a condo with a nice view from the balcony for a short 3 night stay. This unit fit the bill and was even nicer than expected. Lots of room for a 2 BR condo with nice furnishings, comfortable beds and newer kitchen appliances. The huge balcony had a nice table and chairs and a couple loungers that we relaxed in as we watched the boats go by and listened to the waves lapping on the shore. Very peaceful!

Amazing condo!

This condo was amazing! Very clean, every single item you can need- soaps, napkins, plenty of tp, all kitchen items, lots of pillows and blankets, etc. The view is outstanding! Best part of the entire stay. Not to mention the sweet fawn who was below the deck every day! One item to note - 1st floor is down stairs- so there are a lot of stairs when unloading and loading your items. But everything else makes it worth it!

April 3-5, 2025“We had a wonderful time celebrating our 43rd Anniversary at your INCREDIBLE condo. THANK YOU; The condo was unbelievably clean and the view was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! Also, the condo was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The decorating was tasteful but simple, we truly could NOT have asked for more.We had planned several outdoor activities, but it was cold and rainy for almost the entire 2 night stay. Still, we enjoyed our time, changing plans and spending much of our mini-vacation indoors, watching movies, playing games, and reminiscing about our long journey together.We thank God for the blessing of staying at such a BEAUTIFUL place, we would highly recommend your condo to anyone!

Great place with great views and great hosts!

Kevin and Danielle were so helpful from start to finish. The unit is a little difficult to find, but they have great directions once you’re onsite so you know where you’re going (the building numbers are hard to see if you get there after dark - but they sent maps that eased this as well!). Once you get to the condo everything was clean and practical. The views you can’t beat! Whether it’s the large windows in the master or the screen in porch, it is truly a relaxing oasis. We plan to come back in the future!

Summer vacation

Great place to stay if you are wanting to experience The Lake of the Ozarks . The property was very quiet and very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 king size beds. Beautiful screened in patio over looking the Lake was my family’s favorite part. The condo was a bit tricky to find at first but once we went back and looked at the map that Kevin had sent us it made it more clear how to find the condo. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, spacious and affordable place to stay in the Ozarks.

Great condo and property

We had an excellent stay! The screened in porch is a must and the pool was perfect for our 6 year old. My boys also enjoyed the basketball court. We will definitely book again on our next trip back!
