Really happy with our rental. We used this rental as it was 15 minutes away from my daughter‘s wedding venue at Destiny Ranch. Home is spacious and extremely clean. We did not utilize the pool, but it looked clean as well. As other reviewers have said, there are some neighborhood homes that are not in the best shape, but do not let that deter you from renting this home. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises. Somehow a fruit basket came home with me by mistake. If I need to return it, please let me know. I apologize for that.

Kids loved the pool and adultsdid also.Only thing that needs changed is the coffee pot .It has a metal ring around the bottle screw is stripped will not tighten dropped a whole pot of coffee on me th first day

This house is even better in person! We all had a blast in the pool and playing pool! All the rooms and bathrooms were great for what we needed. Plus, the communication with the host was very simple and he replied quickly! Would definitely recommend.

Family vacation.

Mini family reunion

This home was perfect for our mini family reunion, there was more then enough beds and bathrooms for us. The pool was a great addition and was very relaxing! When I messaged the owner Carlos responded very quickly and when I left my tablet at the end of the trip he let us know right away and my son was able to go back and get it from him......I would highly recommend this rental if you are in the area, if we go back down there we will surely book again!

Wedding weekend

We had a family wedding in the area and needed a place to stay and hang out a bit. The house had great space for all of us. The 3 bathrooms were great to have for everyone getting ready. The game room was used while we all hung out. The internet box did stop working while we were there, but the owners were very prompt with communication and arranged with the company to get it replaced in good time. Our family enjoyed the stay!

Beautiful home!

My husband and I were thrilled to spend a couple evenings in this lovely home. The decor is inviting and relaxing and everything is very clean. Kitchen and bath were well stocked with anything we needed. The canal/creek behind the home is also really nice to look at. Would have been really awesome to be able to sit on the dock by the water too but it was still beautiful. We also really enjoyed the game room! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great House & Host!!!!!!

We spent one month at this beautiful house. First of all, the owner Carlos and his beautiful family were the best hosts you could ever ask for. So accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures show. And of course, the pool was fabulous. We swam just about every day!! With 4 bedrooms, the grandkids came for a few days and we had a wonderful time. I can't think of anything that needs improvement! We would rent this house again for sure!! Thank you Carlos!!!

Perfect for our stay!

We came in town to see an uncle who has been having medical issues. We wanted somewhere that wasn’t too far of a drive to stay. He is located in Wildwood. This was conveniently located off of the expressway and the house was well taken care of. Some of the other neighbors keep up their houses well and a few were not as well kept. Once we got in the house, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern, clean, and open house. Unfortunately, it was too cold to swim, but the pool looked wonderful. We had no issues during our stay and were happy to have coffee every morning. We played a few games of billiards and some cards at the table while watching football on TV. The neighborhood was quiet and we all had a relaxing stay. Thank you for the perfect house for our trip! We would recommend.

Easy, beautiful and functional

When we drove up to this property, it wasn’t what I expected given the interior photos. But the interior did not disappoint! This was the perfect place to stay with the bridal party then out-of-town guests. Those who stay in the bunk room have to walk to a bathroom in or affixed to another bedroom, it it’s a minor inconvenience. Unlike some listings, the house sleeps 19 with 3 to a queen and 1 per twin there is also a large couch in the living room and a couch in the game room if you have to escape someone who snores. 30 minutes away from the Webster wedding venues, but totally worth it! Would be great for families with fishermen too as the non-fishers could just enjoy the amenities. VRBO didn’t send check in instructions, but the host, Carlos, was very responsive. There also wasn’t a long list of chores to complete before check-out. We couldn’t find extra towels, it had brought our own for the pool so it wasn’t an issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Property Overall

Overall this was an amazing remodeled home that was super cozy and lots of room!! We enjoyed our week long stay here other than the fact the heated pool really wasnt heated and continued to beep the whole time we were there. It was pretty chilly water which would work better for a hot summer day... was a little disappointed the pool wouldn't get warm enough to get in. The inside of the home was amazing and clean!! Games to play, pool table, bean tosses, tvs in every room, 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and bar stools and also a nice dining room to accommodate all of us. There was an office that technically an air mattress or another bedroom could be done off the twin room. Super amounts of room. Although we didnt bring our dogs this time it is pet freindly and we enjoyed our stay. When we first walked in the smell of cleanliness was very present and even the towels smelled amazing, whoever does their inhouse cleaning does an amazing job!! We will definitely use this home again for the future. If it was open again the week we come back in march i would book it again in a heartbeat!! I come down several times a year to visit my father and help do things around their property in Summerfield, so this was about a 30 minute drive... the villages was about a 30 minute drive. There are several restaurants around and about 15 minutes or so a publix and some other shops. A few dollar generals... nice scenic areas. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and everyone waived.

We were only there for two nights and did not get a chance to use pool. It was nice though I did take wasp spray because of readying reviews. My son in-law is Deathly allergic to wasp stings As to why we all carry epi pens maybe just gave caretaker check constantly to get rid of them but it was a very clean and enjoyable place. Thank you
