About this property

Chic Cozy Country Cot

  • This cute little private cot is a single unit, which is part of a duplex home. It has it's own entrance and is a large 500 square foot efficiency layout with kitchenette (full fridge, sink, microwave, double burner). The unit has all the tools you will need to make and eat a meal. You also have a queen size bed and standard washer and dryer. There is a large 43" screen TV with Roku, where you can use Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube or other accounts; there is wifi, but no cable. Open the door and find your private patio where you can admire many varieties of birds.

    Centrally located to numerous great fishing lakes and relatively close to Lake Okeechobee, the home is in the perfect location for boat owners or fisherman. Driveway has lots of room to bring your boat. We are also on a cul-de-sac, so there is not much traffic.

    Location is great for race car enthusiasts as well, as the Sebring International Raceway is only 15 minutes away. Also close to several golf courses and Highlands Hammock State Park.

    Please no smoking in the unit, but feel free to on the patio.
