Grand View Cottage 3 Bedroom

  • The Grandview Cottage is located in the Heart of the Village of Lake Placid on the property of the Lake Placid Club Grandview Hotel. The first floor is an open space with a living area, dining area and kitchen; the living area has an electric fireplace and porch. The Master bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed and a private bathroom and there are 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1 king bed each and their own full bath.

    This property is operated and located next to the Lake Placid Club Grandview Hotel and guests may enjoy our indoor pool, hot tub, fitness facilities and seasonal private beach on Mirror Lake.

    The Historic Lake Placid Club boasts 45 holes of Championship Golf, extensive mountain biking and cross-country skiing trail systems.

    We do allow dogs. Maximum 2 dogs. Pet fee of $150.00 plus tax.

    There is no daily housekeeping service.

    We do not allow parties or events. Noise audible outside the Property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.

    While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

    CHECK IN IS 4:00PM and CHECK OUT IS 10:00AM. We will contact you on the day of arrival with the door code as soon as the rental is ready.
