Lake Ronkonkoma Holidays

This was our second time at this hotel. We love the location, close to some great restaurants and Little Italy. The staff is outstanding and we would be pleased to stay here again on a future trip. A word of advice, request a no-slip shower mat. The shower floor gets very slick. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!

Excellent location ideally situated between Rockefeller center and Times Square. Nice lobby! The room had all that you need for a short stay, extremely budget friendly no frills. Will be great if the carpets and bed got upgraded!

The room was clean and was a good size but the shower had no hot water and the noise from the street was too much and eachbnight I was woken 3-4am but the sound of garbage trucks on their rounds, rooms not facing the street are likely to be fine but broken nights sleep each night wasn't ideal as I was trying this hotel instead of another I've used more often while in NYC. Breakfast menu while limited has a decent selection. Location and neighbourhood are both good. The staff are all very helpful and very pleasant.

The checking in process needs some updates

The two room suite was an AMAZING deal! Jaw dropping size. Fantastic staff! Super clean. A great location being right next to Grand Central station.
