"Check-in was very quick and easy. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and even apologised that it was raining in Lucerne. Good size room comfortable bed. Remember that Swiss plugs are different to a lot of EU countries. Thankfully we managed to pick one at London airport. Location was excellent right next to the train station. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Chapel bridge. It’s my birthday today and when I went to check out the gentleman at reception gave me a birthday card and a chocolate which was such a nice gesture. I recommend this hotel and will most definitely stay there again."

Yes - the rooms are small and yes you don’t get the luxuries of non-budget hotels but it’s perfect! The price cannot be beaten for what you get. The breakfast is good: healthy, a variety, and plentiful. "
