"Great property with a private dock, fitness room, tennis courts and air conditioning. I'll say it again - air conditioning. My friends and I do this trip annually and this is the first home we've been to that was air conditioned.Rhoda pond, where the home sits is great and there is also Copake Lake and other fun areas to explore nearby, including falls and hiking trails. For golfers, Copake Country club is about 15 minutes away and Red Hook (which I liked better) is about 20. The town of Hudson is less than half an hour; restaurants and shops abound, along with the incredible Bodhi Spa.The property and home itself is incredible. We are a large group and many of us have children (now mostly grown) so, the guest house was absolutely key for us, as was the basement that has a ping-pong table and an extra fridge. The large living area was great for games, and there is plenty of room to dine together or find some privacy in one of the many sitting areas. Bedrooms are big and private and one has an outdoor shower outside sliding doors. Perhaps most importantly, our hosts were wonderful. Extremely quick in their responses, detailed in their instructions and communicated like we were old friends. I couldn't recommend this hime more enthusiastically"

"The house was spotless and cozy! The master bed was very comfortable, the house had extra bedding, plenty all towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for few days stay. I really enjoyed the sun room with my morning coffee! The host responded to all my questions timely and professionally. We did expect the Twin Lakes to be closer as the listing gave an impression that’s feet away. It’s a 2 min drive to the lake (the house provided the pass) and we did some fishing there which was great! The house is in great location as a lot of Catskills’ attractions are 30-50 min away."

"What a FANTASTIC short vacation. The house was immaculate and well decorated. There was so much room in each room and plenty of place to just relax!!! The pool was great to find with a very short notice. I do have to admit, I thought not having a microwave was going to be difficult but WOW was it a nice change. People are in such a dang hurry all the time and to get away from something so simple and cook our entire meals was pleasant. They do taste better too. We experience great communication with Ellen and Danielle as we came right after a big storm and everything went very smoothly. Definitely pick this place if you are looking to relax and just unwind."
