You will love this new 4,000 square foot custom built vacation home, which sits on one acre lake view lot with forest park land all around it. The views are from all sides of the house and are truly breathtaking. The house is just around the corner from the Nevada side of Heavenly Valley Ski Resort and just 5 minutes up the hill from the exciting South Lake Tahoe casinos. A Fine dining restaurant ' The Chart House is also closely located half way down the hill before the casinos for that special dining occasion or just plain casual relaxation. This home has it all! A large living room is open to a gourmet kitchen. This large entertainment area also have a pool table, a large wood burning fireplace, , and an entertainment center complete with digital cable, surround sound, and a DVD player. The house is also equipped with wireless broadband Internet access. You will truly enjoy the over-sized wrap-around decks off the main entertainment area and master bedroom which both have lake views.

In the master bedroom is its own get way with its own fireplace, a spa tub, an entertainment center, and its own private deck. There is another secluded deck with a large Jacuzzi tub and great view of the hillside and night time lights and a nice place to relax after a fun day of skiing or scenic hiking. The extra large basement is a great place for the kids to getaway and/or extra guests. It fells like its own apartment. For those who can appreciate the spectacular vistas of the Tahoe Mountains and Lake Tahoe all within the comfort of a large luxury home. You will love this owner built get-a-way.

Lovely stay

Amazing home and host!

My family had a wonderful time at this property, and host were so pleasant to work with. This home has amazing views and is in a beautiful location. It accommodated all our needs and more. We will definitely be back again soon.

Wonderful family reunion—perfect location

The house is beautifully appointed—the kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of dishes, and all the cooking gear you would need to enjoy a great feast with friends and family. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms for all. The views from the house were incredible. We spent a great deal of time on the various porches or in the hot tub enjoying the picturesque scenery. The house is beautiful without feeling stuffy. Our kids felt very comfortable and at home. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond whenever we needed them. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Tahoe!

Our family of 14 enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property, the views were beautiful and the atmosphere of the cabin was warm & inviting. There are many stairs to get around but we could all use the exercise :) Communication with the owner was smooth & available for the entire time, we will absolutely book this place for our next Lake Tahoe trip.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay and were blown away by the views. The house itself was a perfect floor plan for our extended family across all floors. It is comfortable well equipped and conveniently located to get around south lake. We hope to be back!

Tahoe Vacation

Tahoe Family Trip 2025

Amazing Home with beautiful views of the lake and woods throughout every window! The kitchen is awesome and well stocked with everything you will need. The house is very spacious, we had ages from 0-65, our family loved it. We have been coming to Tahoe for the past 25 years and this year was over the top. The location to the ski resort was a plus for our family of 14. We will defiantly be back next year. Lots of stairs, but it was well worth it.

Heavenly Ski Trip

The house was great, as advertised. Secluded, but very convenient location. A few minute drive to the Heavenly Nevada lifts and just up the road from South Lake Tahoe downtown. Fit a group of 10 easily. Would book again.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for convenience to the venue next door, Tahoe Blue. Perfect location for attending my son’s wedding being held there. We had a group of family and friends stay and it all was perfect. The views are spectacular. The owner was very prompt in answering questions.

Amazing

This is a beautiful place to stay. The surrounding scenery is amazing, and it is a short 5-10 minute drive to numerous trails and ski opportunities. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished, the amenities are abundant and the kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances and cooking utensils. The cupboards are abundant with mugs, plates and glassware. There were 12 adults that stayed here and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The pool table was well used as was the hot tub and soaking/jacuzzi tub. The best part for me was the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe that I saw as I was busy in the kitchen!

Beautiful Mountain Home

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful mountain home! It is off the beaten path (although easily accessible) with beautiful views of the snow-capped mountains and the lake. The home itself is spacious and fully appointed. Our family and friends skied daily from the Stagecoach Lodge lift area, which is just over a mile from the home. I would highly recommend this lovely home to those desiring beautiful views, great skiing and a lovely environment in which to relax!

Great views - Nice house

I love the location of this home. It is close to everything but, in a quit nicer neighborhood. The lake views are nice too. The owner does an outstanding job communicating. The house is clean and well stocked with everything you need. I would encourage anyone who rents this home in the winter to have a 4WD vehicle. The roads are well plowed, but there are a couple of steeper sections (nothing too crazy).

Unbelievable !!!

This house is simply beautiful.. the views are breathtaking to say the least. There were 11 of us with plenty of room... note there are quite a bit if stairs ..if your decently in shape there are no issues! The house was clean and very comfy. Note there is a new sectional that was soooo comfy we absolutely loved it. If you are planning to cook the kitchen is well equipped.

60th wedding anniversary family get together

Be prepared for stairs. Other than that the home is perfect. Beautiful rooms and beautiful views from every window. We had ages starting at 35 and four over the age of 75. Even the elderly said the stairs were worth it. No regrets.

Perfect family place!

We booked this beautiful home to celebrate Christmas & my daughter's family coming home from being stationed (Army family) in So Korea for 2 years! First it was immaculate & had everything we needed- well stocked kitchen, safety gates for my 1 yr old grandchild, fireplace & hot tub. The house is laid out in a way where we never felt like we were on top of each other & we all had our own space! And the views... couldn't begin to describe how stunning this area is! We were also very close to the center of town and Heavenly ski resort. Thank you Monte for sharing your beautiful home, we have wonderful Christmas 2023 memories we will cherish for many years to come!

One of our fav cabins!

My family loved our stay here! We usually go to Colorado for our annual snowboard trip, so we have seen and experienced lots of other kinds of cabins in the past. This was by far one of the most accommodating and thoughtful hosts we’ve had. Lots of towels, toiletries stocked in each bathroom, wood for fireplace, jacuzzi already warm and ready, easy to follow check in/out instructions posted around the house, REAL Christmas tree with decorations, board games, kitchen essentials, great surround sound speakers, the list goes on. My family of 14 was extremely comfortable here. We will definitely return if we snowboard Heavenly again. This cabin was only 10-15mins from heavenly, such a great location! Thank you so much for offering your home and being great hosts!
