"The staff was very helpful and professional. We were met with smiles from all the staff we interacted with. Our room was clean and had a view of the lake and mountains. It was hard to pay a $30 resort fee, when then pool wasn't available. All in all, we enjoyed our first stay with Bally's and our first stay at Lake Tahoe!"

"Our room on the 18th floor was lovely. We upgraded upon check-in. I told the gentleman I would like to be able to see the sun set behind the lake and he made it happen. It was a sunset for the ages and I was truly grateful. "

"Enjoyed the the space and cleanliness of the suite. Breakfast could be better. It is a lovely hotel and should serve hot breakfast such as eggs, bacon, potatoes and pancakes. Breakfast was mostly continental with the option of having breakfast sandwiches heated up. For a hotel that nice, a hot breakfast would measure up. "

"Place was nice and good location. Book said there was transportation down by the casino but not able to find any free rides so ubers got to be a little much. 10p.m. hot tub cut off kind of sucks but rules are rules. Overall I would stay again"
