"Overall a great stay. We did have one incident with the police with a customer down the ball that was a bit of a distraction, but the hotel managed the situation with class. Comfortable beds and nice rooms. When I checked out I got my $100 deposit back within a couple hours. So that was sweet (not promising similar results for you just to clarify, but maybe!) "

"Perfect room, perfect amenities, perfect breakfast, perfect staff. One concern: AC/heater worked only in auto mode and fan was running on max rotations and it was very noisy. There was no way to put fan to slower operation mode. Fortunately, they have us electric heater and problem was solved. But during the summer it's going to be a problem, they should fix their fan speed of AC system - let it be controlled by the user."
