"Absolutely would not stay at again. It took us 2 1/2 hrs waiting on the 11th floor for an elevator to get down to ground level. People that took the stairs had to go all the way to the basement to get out as all the doors to the other levels were locked. Out of 8 elevators, only 3 were working. When I brought this up go the front desk, they didn't believe me until another couple stuck with us said the same thing. Even then, we were only discounted a portion of the resort fee. This is NO resort! Its a death trap for the elderly or handicapped if hour stuck up in the upper levels with no way out."

"Was getting charged for wi-fi, the sheets were not change my staff while getting room clean, and the pool was closed horrible and I tried to get a non connecting room and was told I could not get a room and I could not sleep was too anxious that someone would come in through the connecting side… ask for a suite but could not get a discount at all for the incovience "
