"We came to get out of the cold weather and relax. We were not disappointed as the weather was beyond perfect. We even experienced a beautiful quick desert storm which was surprisingly breathtaking. We even extended our stay 5 days because we didn’t want to leave such comfort. We highly recommend this home and the host Ryan. As Arnold would say “I will be back!”"

"I recommend this property as it is very clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of a beautiful walking path along the Colorado River, which we enjoyed the peaceful walk and being able to sit and enjoy the river. Glenda, the owner was very nice and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The home is a pet friendly home with a dog door, which was a great feature as our dog loved it there as well. If in the area again, I would definitely choose this property again to stay in. This property is highly recommended, you will not be disappointed choosing this place for your get-a-away. "

"House is relaxing and feels like your visiting family! Lots of different areas to set up in. There was only 4 of us and the house could of easily accommodate a lot more .. Fire by the water ✅ splashing around ✅ sitting in the shade✅, cooking in the well equipped kitchen✅ eating or shopping nearby ✅. Hosts were easy to contact and responsive."

"Very comfy place to stay on the river. Gorgeous views out the front, nice roomy patio with plenty of outdoor furniture. Located in a decent neighborhood. Close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Sufficient parking for 2-4 cars. Our host, Valerie, was very responsive to our questions and was easy to work with. Check in and check out were simple and straightforward. We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. All in all, it was a great experience!"
