"We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made us feel relaxed right away. What stood out the most, though, was the incredible staff. We had a very bad experience with the airline we were flying with, so we arrived tired and not in the best mood. Carlos at the front desk completely turned our day around. He was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Thanks to him, what started as a stressful day ended on a very positive note. We also want to mention Jose, who was working behind the bar. He was very friendly and helpful, and his great attitude added even more to our positive experience. Overall, the outstanding service from the staff made our stay truly special, and we would gladly return."

"I have stayed at several Alofts, this location did not disappoint in general. I called to let them know we would be a very late check in for Friday Feb 13th, the young man I spoke with was exceptional in his attentiveness and assured me it would not only be ok but would ensure I had a quiet room, as was the case. The woman who was at check in left a lot to be desired. The shower is always the star for me always powerful and hot water to spare, thank you Aloft!"
