"Clean rooms, location near to many restaurants "

"So we booked skyline and accidentally went to sunset. The staff was so nice we were disappointed we didn’t book there. We went to skyline where we had a reservation and turned right around and went back to Sunset Station!! We lost our 400.00 since it was too late to cancel the skyline reservation but I’m so glad we just decided to lose the money! The Sunset Station was amazing!!!! We ate at Sonoma and omg..best fried chicken and I had the scallops…that literally melted in my mouth!!!! Annnd..can we just discuss a basket of 5 different breads…ugh.. HEAVEN!!!! The rooms are dated and truly just basic but the amazing and friendly staff, awesome location, bowling , and good food made up for it!!! What more could we ask for!!! Thank you!!! We can’t wait to come back I’m sad we forgot to go to the rewards counter for our first time stay rewards but other than that AMAZING! There was a very nice guy with glasses I wish I could remember his name.. he had the BEST smile and was very nice and welcoming to me husband and I!"

"The spa was completely closed for the entire week I was there. And they did Not tell us that when we checked in. Beds were uncomfortable for me. "

"The breakfast was great ( and included), staff was friendly. The only issue was our roomkey was deactivated the second day and the phone in the room didnt work, but the front desk resolved this in minutes. Would recommend. "
