Had to call every day for towels, room service did not come except for 1 day of our 5 day stay and did not restock the toilet paper which was very low the day they did come to clean. Nowhere to eat breakfast except a starbucks.

Really nice hotel! Got the suites from W so it was away from all the crowd so check in was fairly smooth.. though for the amount you pay for the suites should have a faster check-in line or atleast have more staff working the counter so wait times arent long. Other than that staff and amenities were great!
Theres also a free tram that can take you to the center strip so location wasnt a hassle being edge of the strip.
Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Excellent location for walking. Convenient to many restaurants. Old Hotel but the room was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds but because of the location of our room right on the strip it was very noisy. I would suggest getting an upper floor if possible which may help the noise situation. Can't say there's anything special about the casino floor but it's a great thing that they have the corridor between the Horseshoe and the Paris which gives you access to lot more upscale options for dining and shops.
Very good price for midweek and you can get a super affordable clean room there if you are looking for a budget stay.
