"The casino is great, the room was very good but no room service. That was disappointing. That said, the new renovations are great, the food was tasty and Jennie at the bar near the hotel registration was WONDERFUL!"

"I have been traveling for 45 years back and forth to Vegas to include stops at Primm. This time it was late and got a room with my son. The staff, rooms, lack of tables (which online says their are tables) and one open bar where the bartenders barely give you the time of day. It was such a disappointment and to be honest very dirty everywhere. I am sad to say I will never stop here again. It's time for this hotel to close it's doors for good. We went to get food and wanted a beer. We were told you order a beer if you don't get the hot dog special otherwise you could not get a beer with any other order. What??? Never again will Primm be one of my stops."

"The property needs to work on their elevators. We couldn't sleep due to the loud noise the elevators make."

"Hotel was fine but they texted me the ability to have a late checkout. I filled out and submitted the form online and when I went to get the new keys on the morning of my departure they said they had no record of me asking for a late checkout and they were not available. I asked to speak to the manager and he apologized and thanked me for the feedback."
