"Has issues checking in at the kiosk and has to speak to a clerk which only two were checking people in. Waited roughly 40 mins which I thought was long and manager was behind wall but did not assist the other clerks to move line quicker. Was kind of disappointed that she never apologized for the long wait"

"Was celebrating a birthday and never again at this hotel. Terrible hotel the renovated rooms are okay. Horrible experience with the hotel and top of the world restaurant only the view was nice but food was disgusting over priced and worst service from the server. Not going back to either ever again. "

"Great location if you go to a concert at stadium. Easy access and walking distance. Enjoyed the W tower, clean and spacious had 2 bathrooms which made it convenient with big group. Pool area was fun, especially if you have kids Great hotel when traveling with children. ;)"
