She fixed our room issue immediately, was polite and welcoming, and was a joy to encounter at 10:00 pm, after we drove over 12 hours that day. Our room's view was great and the beds were super-comfortable! The shower was awesome-- lots of water pressure with great amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash! We loved our stay! Thank you all so much."
