"I would have never picked this hotel if it wasn’t for our volleyball team. The hotel has very poor ventilation so it smells like smoke everywhere. Rooms are very outdated even in the newer tower. Floors in the bathroom and carpet in the room very dirty. Hair on the floor and shower. Stains on the carpet. Several times our key didn’t work even after going to the customer service and getting a new card. Overall a solid 2stars."

"Was our first time in Reno. Staff was great, easy parking, clean rooms. We will be back next year. "

"Sierra tower deluxe king room was spacious and included a twin sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa had springs sticking out the side. Room definitely could have been cleaner, but it met a minimum standard. Hotel staff was very nice. "

"My shower was clogged, side door access card was not working. Overall though it was good. Very quiet ! I love that"

"why a resort fee? I called the first night saying I need a new fridge since it wasn't getting cold. He said he'd bring it over in 30 mins. No one ever showed. Our toilet was having issues. Very outdated hotel and area just seemed like homeless and ghetto? I stayed at Grand Sierra and sadly we dont have a choice since its "stay to play" for kids tournament"

"Grounds were a mess. Old mattresses puled in the pool area, trash on the lawn and no accomodation for modern tech, ie no charging ports, bad lighting etc. Sheets were freshly washed but were dingy. If these were my sheets at home they would have been donated to a local animal shelter at this point. Due to high demand for rooms in Reno this weekend the nightly rate, $181, was well above what I would expect to pay for a room with minimal amenities, linens that should have been replaced long ago and facilities"

"Barley any employees around. It’s a virtual check in so you’re not talking face to face in person. It’s face to face with a computer. The room itself was clean and fine for one night. The property is sketchy. "
