Downstairs, the junior primary suite features a queen bed, private deck, and ensuite bath, while a fourth bedroom with a queen bed is located nearby. POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. While the driveway is flat and the approach to this house is moderate, a 4x4 is highly recommended in winter months for all Tahoe Donner properties.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
