why a resort fee? I called the first night saying I need a new fridge since it wasn't getting cold. He said he'd bring it over in 30 mins. No one ever showed. Our toilet was having issues. J Resort
We thought the hotel was nice but no staff ever came and restocked the towels or toilet paper. The casino was really disappointing. I don’t believe we will ever stay there again.

Room was clean .Staffs were nice .Breakfast is only with good credits and got members only when you already ended the breakfast then they bill you and tell you.But the hotel says when booked that breakfast is included. All like a trap. casino is very small .overall -not for kids and families. ...
