The hotel and staff are great. The rooms were always clean and the staff was always willing to help with whatever was needed. The views were also amazing and a lovely way to wake up. The hotel is about a 10-15 min drive to the Plaza where all the action is but if taking a taxi back and forth is okay for you then this is a great hotel.

BEautiful hotel on Lake Titicaca in Puno, Peru, with a dock to walk right to the lake. The staff is courteous, the room is clan and with beautiful balcony facing west and a view of sunset. The food options are limited but OK. Breakfast does have some vegetarian items for vegetarians or vegans. I was greeted with a welcome plate of alfajores (Peruvian specialty sweets) left on the table in the room at my arrival. That was nice - alfajores were delicious! Thank you Casa Andina! I had a car and have been given free parking. Gettin to the hotel and the city of Puno is a driving challenge, but with patience and lots of luck one can manage it as I did. I enjoyed in the stay at this hotel.

Restful family stay!

The hotel location is amazing, right at the lake and a very peaceful location. The breakfast is wholesome with plenty choices. Rooms are clean, fresh linens and comfortable beds! The balcony view is awesome! Service by Miriam and Ronald at the front desk is very welcoming. They took care of our needs and addressed our questions. Jimmy, the bell boy was very courteous and helpful too!

Miriam in the reception was extremely helpful when we needed to change our room, hotels.com is misleading when it says double beds, they are full size beds and not queen size, we needed a change in our room so we could sleep comfortably. Miriam was extremely helpful. We want to give a special mention to our driver Leoncio Puma, we met him at the hotel while he was there to drive another guest, and hire him to take us to the airport the next day. Very professional, clean and comfortable car, even offer to stop along the way for some sightseeing.

We had an excellent stay at this upscale hotel in Puno. The property is very clean, well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the hotel’s private dock. We were able to board our tour boat directly from the hotel’s dock and return straight to the hotel afterward. This made our Lake Titicaca excursion smooth and stress-free.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed. Perfect lakeside location, away from busy town. Lovely, comfortable room. Great, sunny patio overlooking the water.
