"Clean and the continental breakfast was good. The smell of the sheets( I believe it’s what they used to wash them in) or the cleaning g supplies were very strong. The smell made my throat burn, I had to wear a mask the first night. It was better the second night but the general smell in the hallways were the same, my husband thought it was musty. We would stay again just bring our own bedding"

"Stayed for a night during the week (Thursday) and it was pretty quiet. Couldn’t hear people talking or walking in the hall at all. We were on the far side of the property so we were a ways away from the lobby and pool area which might have contributed to the quietness. The whirlpool in the room was very relaxing and the pillows were so comfy! We will have to check this place out again during the summer."

"Staff was very nice but the property was very dated and not cleaned very well. The carpets were full of stains, the tub had sand in the bottom of it and the tile was filthy."

"Nauti Oak was the perfect beautiful cabin for our recent snowmobile trip! Great parking for truck, trailer, and sleds. Easy trail access and so close to all Lake Tom has to offer. Kelly is a fantastic host! Super responsive and gave us some great recommendations! The cabin was super clean, roomy, and comfortable! Updated where you'd want it while maintaining the Northwoods character that you come to expect when staying in the area! The cabin was also stocked with quality supplies and had a normal vrbo check out process (none of the weird excessive check out and cleaning rules). We've already talked about staying here again and in other seasons! "

"Came for a snowmobile trip. Beds are very comfortable. Nice to have the smart tvs in the rooms. House is very nice and in a convenient location. Trail is a short 30 second cruise up the road. Will definitely stay again. "

"We all really enjoyed Natalia’s cabin. It was very clean upon arrival. Instructions were made clear for check in and check out. Natalia has great communication and answered all questions in a timely manner. The views were absolutely stunning. The house is set on the lake and it is so beautiful. It’s close to town. 10 minute drive to the downtown shops. 15 to Walmart. The only complaint we had was our Internet service was very slow. (Most of us have US Cellular, so it could have been that but even connected to the wifi it was slow to use, so watching the TV was difficult) but other than that there were truly no complaints. I highly recommend staying here with your friends or family. "
