"Clean rooms and very nice staff. I wish the breakfast was able to be taken to our rooms as the breakfast area gets very busy and I was here solo, I felt bad taking a table for just me. There also was not a ton of variety in the breakfast food."

"We were blown away by this resort! You walk in to the grand lobby and immediately loved the smell of this place . We even asked about it and they sell it in their store! We bought a lot of it haha. Our room was so beautiful and enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool so much. We loved using the pool and laying out by it. The grounds are beautiful and enjoyed our stay here so much. Staff are friendly and amazing. Can’t wait to come back!"

"If you enjoy your vacation with a older lady with a daughter telling you what to do and how to act in the house, then this place is for you. The hot tub at the house does not work. There's limited toilet paper so bring your own toiletries. And the bedroom I stayed in did not have sheets on the bed. Must read all the rules before staying at this house. The clubhouse water park is not included in your stay. That is an additional fee$"

"The building was an older Hotel from the 80s but you can see it has been completely updated and well take care of. The maintenance crew was always there walking around and actively updating the rooms. The pool looked very clean but I never went in it. I was down to pick up my plane and fly it home to Kentucky and had to stay an extra few days. Parking was fine but honestly they needed to open up the side gates so you could get into the hotel in more than one way. Coming from Downtown Kissimmee you needed to go down to the light that would take 5 mins to cycle or go just past it to a turn around point to get back. I would highly recommend them to open the side gate so you can use the turn in lane that runs in front of the hotel to enter. The price was perfect for the needed I had and would definitely go back again. The staff was beyond friendly and I give them all high praises. "
