Palmway Tropical Oasis - Heated Pool, Beach & Golf

  • Come enjoy this comfortable, clean, coastal home just 3 blocks from the golf course on the inter-coastal and 5 short minutes to the beach. This 2,000 square foot home is located in the historic Parrot Cove neighborhood. Relax in the very large tropical backyard with heated lagoon style pool. Matured trees provide shade throughout the day. Large fully equipped kitchen with two sinks and island for food preparation. Dining room seats 8 guests comfortably. In addition to the 3 bedrooms there are two sleeper sofas.

    This is large, tropical and lush property. You will encountered some typical wild life (birds, butterflies, squirrels, small lizards). You will also encounter iguanas. They are quite harmless and will stay way from you.
