The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place all towels, washcloths, USED robes, slippers, and beach towels in the laundry basket. PLEASE leave bed linens and comforter on bed.

Please securely tie and place trash bags in the BLACK receptacle by the garage (no loose items or liquids).

Please place the "beach storage shed" key and "bicycle lock" key (only if bicycles were used) on the bulletin board peg. Lock BOTH locks on the door, and place Guest Studio key in the "lock box."

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE A SMOKER OR VAPER! A $250 fee will be charged for any violation.

Guests must check-in no later than 10:00 pm in order for Host to verify Guest IDs. No check-in is permitted after 11:00 pm!

Late Check-in fee: 25.00 (between 10:00 and 11:00 pm) Check-out: After 10:00 am, $50.00 late fee. After 1:00 pm, a full-nights stay will be charged!
