"The pictures were so deceiving for this property! The whole hotel was pretty run down, the room was so dirty and our feet got black just walking on the floor , we asked for it to be cleaned and got told they couldn’t clean until it had been 3 days …. The bunk bed mattress was so bad springs were poking through but they only offered an extra blanket. The whole room looked like a run down old motel room. The breakfast was ridiculous they could call it that , literally had boiled eggs and toast and cereal … my kids were so bummed we just left . This is an old hotel they are trying to update but it was definitely dirty and we would never stay here again! "

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The beds were comfortable, and everything was spotless, which we really appreciated.The location was also a huge plus—convenient to nearby attractions while still feeling peaceful and private. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free.Overall, this was a fantastic experience. "Door code wasnt set up for check in time, but host was quick to help. On entry the house was made a great first impression. Was just what we were looking for for a week stay..... untill the pool. Pool was very obviusly not takin care of for some time, contacted the host and they said theyd have it taken care of first thing in the morning. Returned the next night to the same results. At that point we cut our stay short because the pool was the only reason for us booking this property."

"no hot water and i am still trying to get my money back. The staff keep saying the manager isnt in or just left etc. I will not give up till I recd my refund"

"There’s no one at the front desk. They gave us a code. The code did not work. Eventually a staff pass by and open with a key. We text and call to get a working code and never got a hold of anyone. We could not leave the room or we would be lock out. No hot shower. German cockroaches everywhere. And a horrible bad. Again… you can’t complain as they will not answer phone or text. Save your self a headache. Do not stay here."

"The house was absolutely perfect for my family to spend the week! Amazing views, extremely clean, and the pool was perfect size for us to all enjoy! Will definitely stay there again if we come back to the area! "
