There was a thick layer of dust on the furniture. Had to clean it myself. Also the staff do not do a thorough cleaning, as there was a mans jacket left in the closet. We wanted to go on the walking tour but apparently they do not have that anymore. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Hotel Z surpassed our expectations! The bed was so comfy, the location is perfect, and the hospitality was incredible- they offered us drinks of our choice upon arrival, and they even gave us bikes to use.

No top sheet on the bed when we checked in. You have to request new towels/sheets and you have to specifically request they make the bed. Charged $30 a day for that “convenience” regardless of whether they do anything. Was not mentioned until check-in. Made our own bed and requested additional towels once: charged 130 dollars for the four days there. Had to ask twice for an itemized invoice of course. Other than that: great location, Mexican place attached was decent, staff was nice, hot tub was good.
