"Clean room check-in staff was a little slow becareful they charge you a 30.00 fee for checking in early I had to pay had no choice had a funeral to go to casino was ok kind of lame to put hotel lobby in bathroom had to show Id in order to use the bathroom"

"Very nice staff, the northern lights cafe was ok but wouldn’t plan for an actual meal. Clean in general BUT our bathroom clearly didn’t get finished, the tub was full of hair."

"Front desk young lady was wonderful and helpful. The hotel and parking lot are obviously under remodeling. Our room was nice and clean. But electric switches in bathroom were dirty. Dispensing machines worked when they wanted after many tries. No hot coffee in restaurant buffet AM. Some coffee came out of urn but found it was cold. So coffee was never made and everyone was waiting. So the front desk was great at check in and check out. Room was clean. Definitely a dated hotel."

"I’m an in-state traveler from Bangor who was traveling to Lewiston to visit a friend, and I chose this hotel for my overnight stay. I was very impressed from the moment I arrived. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything about my stay was easy and pleasant. I also brought my two dogs with me, and I really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee per dog, which I completely understand, especially when you’re traveling with pets. I felt very comfortable having my dogs with me, and the pet-friendly policy was a big plus. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the property clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the Lewiston area, and I’d happily recommend this hotel to others—especially fellow travelers with pets!"
