"The room was very clean & it was comfortable with the temperature of the room. I didn’t care for the pool. The pavement was really hot and the towels were not accommodating. The outside furniture was old. Breakfast was really good. Staff was really friendly and always cleaning. The front counter were friendly too."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The only issue we experienced was at the pool, there were no towels available, and after asking the front desk multiple times, no one ever brought any out. Aside from that, everything else was great. We had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely stay here again."

"The staff member that worked the night shift was extremely nice. Me and my husband arrived very late and was very tired. I go to Jacksonville to the Mayo Clinic so it’s not necessarily an exciting visit because of the situation. knowing that I was going to have to wake up in a couple of hours, she brought a smile to my face which after an 8 Hour drive was very nice and pleasant. I have to take this trip to the Mayo Clinic many times and I will say very seldom when you check into a hotel at night time or should I say early morning just for a few hours of sleep are you welcome with such a big smile and cherrfull personality."
