"Very conveniently located. Room was spacious, clean and well stocked. A little disappointed that the staff did not explain the layout of the hotel. The reception area where breakfast was served is not attached to the hotel. You have to go outside to get there. The breakfast is nothing special at all. Staff slow to restock. We were in Texas for our oldest grandson's graduation. We made our reservation for 5 days over Memorial Day weekend through Expedia. We arrived on Thursday and scheduled to leave on Tuesday. Sunday morning we received news that we needed to return home a day early. I went to front desk to let them know and told I have to contact Expedia. I sent a message (of course no number to call) and notified them. No acknowledgement sent. On Tuesday I received an email saying the hotel would not waive their cancellation policy. Not sure what that is as we had already stayed 4 days. Going forward I will be sure to book directly with a hotel so f something happens again I will have someone to work with."

"This was such a beautiful and well kept hotel. The amenities are great the only thing is I wish there was more INSIDE seating at the pool or an area for people to sit their belongings. Other than that, the room was clean and everything worked just fine. I even got to use a $15 credit at moxie that’s attached to the hotel. I definitely will be returning."

"Helpful nice staff. Room was ready ahead of time and we got to check in 40 minutes early. After a long drive that was wonderful! Waffle maker which I always look forward to, made Texas shaped waffles! Fun extra! Handicap parking was right next to side entrance which was a few steps from the elevator and our room was the one immediately to the left!"

"A Great Stay with a Minor Hiccup I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was an awesome experience. The property is modern and well-maintained, with attractive amenities that made my stay enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. However, I did encounter a notable issue during my visit. On the second night, I received a call from the front desk around 11:30 PM, informing me that they had received two noise complaints regarding our room. To clarify, the only noise came from my luggage accidentally falling off the bed and hitting the floor. Given the hotel’s design, it’s quite evident that sound travels easily; you can hear every step from the guests above us. This made me realize that the guests below us could likely hear us as well, even with normal activities. As a result, the next night became quite uncomfortable. I found myself walking on tiptoes, trying to avoid any noise that might lead to another complaint. While I understand the need for a peaceful environment, it felt excessive for a minor incident, especially considering that regular footsteps should be expected in a busy hotel. In summary, while the hotel itself is fantastic with its modern appeal and friendly staff, I believe that guests should be more understanding about everyday sounds, especially when they are minor. It’s a lovely place to stay, just be mindful of your neighbors!"
