"We have stayed here several times but the last time was 2 years ago. This motel is still a great place to stay. Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfy and staff is super nice. I highly recommend this motel. "

"We had a very enjoyable visit. The unit was just like the pictures of it, clean and in very good order. The neighborhood location was especially nice for walking to the beach, the trails, the assortment of eating places and shoppes, or just soaking up the interesting homes and the feel of the neighborhood. We'll probably be back."

"Had everything we needed and we loved the location. There are a couple details that could be improved on like melted plastic utensils in the kitchen,and pet hair cleaned throughout the house. I did book thinking there were 4 bedrooms as advertised but it is 3 bedrooms with a fold out bed that can be made in the basement plus a large couch that the host puts bedding on. I should have cleared that up before I booked since I was scrolling through the pictures trying to figure out the layout when I booked. If the listing said 3 bedrooms that would have been more clear and understandable. "

"The breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. Allen was fantastic at check in. Gave us a quieter area as we were there for a death in the family. The lady was polite when we tried to check out early, but couldn’t offer a refund as I booked third party. It was very loud until late at night due to a sports tournament, although I am not sure that anything else could have been done about that. Good overall. Will stay again. "

"Disappointing experience with the “Kids Eat Free” promotion at Holiday Inn & Suites St. Catharines. The website clearly states that kids 11 and under eat free with a staying adult guest when dining in the restaurant with a regular order. I did confirm this with the front desk and received confirmation. However, the restaurant refused to honor the promotion and stated, “we don’t have that service,” without any explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. This is misleading for families and unacceptable. The promotion should either be honored as advertised or clearly corrected on all official channels. "
