My wife and I rented the most expensive room you offer> We checked in without an issue and drive a Tesla. The gentleman that served us was very kind to tell us that there were chargers at the back of the building very close to the rear door and. our second floor room. Great. However when my wife opened the window curtains she had a beautiful view of 3 walls!. The next morning I went down to the front desk and offered some positive criticism. The ladies at the front desk were very apologetic and said we should have complained. That is not part of my contract. The bottom line is that I could have had a room for $159.00.
