Sitting right above the Polar Bear Restaurant (serving great Mexican and American food), this spacious, 2 bedroom apartment has stunning views out of every window! Queen bed, window air-conditioning, two closets (one walk in), and 32inch smart tv in the master bedroom. Two twin beds, 32in smart tv, ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom. Dining table with 4 chairs in the dining area. Couch, recliner, coffee table, ceiling fan, and 42 inch TV in the living room. Kitchen has refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, silverware, vent, plates, bowls, pots and pans, etc and tile floors. Two chairs, small table and a propane bbq in the front outside area at the top of the stairs. Very peaceful quiet location. Right across the street from the post office and the library. Just one block from the court house and movie theater, just 3 blocks to safe way. Hospital is close by as well
