Train the staff to smile, and welcome Guests, the lady at the reception, I believe her name is Giselle, needs to be more friendly and welcoming.. She was very rude and felt bothered by me just checking in !! Forget about asking to add the reservation to my HH !!

Pet friendly, good location, lots to do

This hotel is a good option coming from the Newark airport in regards to having a shuttle that will pick you up and being in a relatively short walking distance to the metro. The security guard was kind enough to hold our luggage in a locked room while we explored the city before check in. The restaurant in the hotel is outrageously priced, but I didn’t eat at many places in the area so I don’t know if it is normal. $55 for one entree, goodness. They also left a breakfast menu in the room advertising it being brought straight to your room, which made me think they served breakfast when it’s actually a pamphlet for a breakfast joint a few blocks away that will deliver it. It took a long time because driver didn’t know where we were so our food was cold when we got it, but.. idk just mildly annoying.

Elevator was so loud it wild me up in middle of night! Loud, high pitched whistling sound, almost like a siren. Also, noisy guests were up 3-4 am. Terribly difficult to sleep. Otherwise super comfortable bed, nice staff.
