10/10 Excellent

"We loved our start!! Every single employee at the Grand Hyatt was so incredibly friendly and helpful!! The hotel is a little more upscale than a typical hotel. The pools are not real big, but they are nice and the staff is great! I didn’t realize how close the the airport the hotel was when I booked it. So I was a little nervous. BUT they must have the world’s best soundproofing because we never heard a single sound!! Am I’m a very light sleeper. Loved the hotel!!"

"I stayed here with my mom, daughter and sister for a girls getaway and it was just that. It was a nice relaxing “staycation” i would call it. We had a balcony room over looking the ocean and little beach area and it was beautiful. We enjoyed the pools and the restaurant on sight. It was a nice relaxing time we had. Would stay there again!"

"For the price of our stay the floors in our hotel room were filthy.. our bathroom shower curtain had mold spots, the bathroom tub outside of the bottom had mold on the caulking. All appliances were wore down and not properly sanitized. Their hotel restaurant was extremely over priced for knock off sea food and pasta dishes that you can make better at home basically it was all frozen food and pop into the oven… again for the price of the hotel I would say this was my worst stay by far… the views were nice though!"

"Staff has not been helpful at all trying to locate a very important dress I left in the room. I have been trying to contact the hotel and they keep sending me to a website that basically I have to submit a respuestas. However, I did submit it and I have not heard anything from anyone. It’s been almost a week and I haven’t heard back from anyone . I tried calling again to the hotel and they just keep sending me back for the website. This is not a huge hotel and they should know who cleaned the room the day I left. What is the problem to just ask the housekeeping who cleaned the room? They keep giving me the runaround and won't give me any explanation at all as to who found the dress. At this point I will say the housekeeping just kept it for them. SO be very careful when you check out from this hotel. Another problem was the checkout which was not very pleasant."
