"I had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Royal Mirage Deluxe Marrakech! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Manager Mr. Said made sure every detail was perfect, always checking in with a warm smile and genuine care. Special thanks to Zin Eddine at the front desk—so professional, kind, and helpful with everything from check-in to arranging taxis and giving me local tips. The food at the restaurant was a highlight—delicious Moroccan dishes full of flavor and beautifully presented. The chef clearly takes great pride in every plate, and the restaurant staff were so friendly and attentive. And I must mention the spa—an oasis of peace and relaxation. The hammam experience was heavenly, and the massage left me feeling completely renewed. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so special. Highly recommended!"

"We checked in at 3.30pm We checked out at 12. They wouldnt allow check out later. And they cut our all inclusive bands. The manager bushra seems nice but is very stingy l, she said we are only allowed to access facilities until 3pm. Nothing else after this time, so was she expexting us to sit on the street with 2 kids! Very frustrating. At check in we also waited half hour for someone to.show us our room. Staff at food areas are amazing, kids club and the entertainment is great. Not happy with the manager "

"The hotel teminds me Thousand and one nights fairytale. It looks amazing, stuff was very welcomming, offered tea, guided me in the hotel and shoved me on the card, whete to go. Receptionist Mohammed was extremely polite and took me with to listen the Berber music. Only little think: the ordered taxi for early morning did not come. But receptionist made sure I get another one. "

"The staff was amazing and the Riad is exceptionally clean and beautiful. It is like walking into a magazine. The staff was so helpful , they ensured we had all information to see all landmarks and were available 24/7. Breakfast was fantastic and we had a supper on the rooftop the first night we were there which was incredible. We had to check out at 6 am to catch a train and they even had a breakfast packed for us when we checked out. Top notch all the way!!! Cannot say enough good things about this property. I would recommend this Riad to anyone that was visiting marrakesh to make your stay memorable. "

"Our stay at La Mamounia was exceptional, the architecture was so beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa and the souks. Our room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, the food was amazing as was the hammam and pool. Only negative was the view from the Hivernage suite, there isn’t one, only the hotel roof. But will definitely return."
