Rude staff wouldnt let me check in after 8 oclock had to sleep in the lobby as there was no after hours contact details and then at 7am the next daywhen reception opened told me i had to wait till 2 pm that day to check in even though my booking was for the night before. no restaurant at property although that wasn’t really an issue as it was next to a shopping centre which had some fast food places and of course the pub next door. Very comfort Room would recommend it
