The hotel is well maintained and staff are helpful. The environment is relaxing. However, for lunch we waited over an hour for our mains with no acknowledgement or reason given in a restaurant that was not busy. Our room had the distinct smell from the kitchen a few floors below.

The hotel was centrally located which made it easy to explore the city on foot. Many good restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for Europe with all the necessities.
We would definitely stay there again if we returned to Aix.
