Giudizio complessivamente positivo. La casetta è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, lontana dai rumori del centro e della strada. La proprietaria è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia noi siamo arrivati la mattina presto e gli inquilini precedenti sono usciti dall’appartamento verso le ore 12, perciò abbiamo perso metà giornata. Unico consiglio che posso suggerire è dotare la casa di carta igienica, sapone per le mani e detersivo per i piatti (almeno per chi ha soggiorni brevi)

Accogliente e tranquilla proprietà
La casa è situata all'interno di una proprietà con altre villette indipendenti. La casa è ideale per due persone, ma dotata di ogni comfort. Un bagno grande, una cucina attrezzata, una camera da letto con aria condizionata, un piccolo patio attrezzato con tavolo e sedie in cui si può pranzare all'ombra anche di giorno. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, ma allo stesso tempo molto discreta. La casa è situata in prossimità di Cala Pisana, mare dai colori stupendi e dista, con un mezzo (scooter o auto) qualche minuto dal paese, quindi è al di fuori del caos e dei rumori, specialmente se si intende soggiornare nei mesi estivi.

La proprietà si trova vicino Cala Pisana, con affaccio (a pochi passi) alla costa. La proprietaria è molto disponibile, rispettosa della privacy e disposta a consigli sull’isola. La casa era in perfetto ordine, molto pulita e dotata di asciugamani. La casa dispone di un portico che nelle ore serali può essere sfruttato piacevolmente. Con pochi minuti si ha a portata di mano sia il centro che il supermercato. È stato un ottimo soggiorno. Si consiglia di disporre alcuni beni materiali essenziali per un soggiorno che richiede giorni (es. sapone, carta igienica).

Un soggiorno PERFETTO!
Tutto qui è stato speciale: dall'accoglienza calorosa alla casetta molto graziosa con tutto il necessario per godersi la vacanza. Una bella area esterna permette di godersi la brezza serale e il mare è a pochi passi. Lampedusa poi è magnifica ed ogni scorcio regala belle emozioni. Consiglio questa casetta perchè si sta veramente bene!

Casetta accogliente e vista su Cala Pisana
Esperienza positiva, la padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile. Unico piccolo suggerimento: sempre utile trovare in bagno del sapone (che a richiesta comunque la proprietaria ha subito fornito!) e nel momento in cui si concede l'utilizzo della cucina e delle stoviglie, sarebbe comodo trovare un po' di sapone per i piatti. Stando per pochi giorni non e' detto che gli ospiti arrivino con tutto il necessario. In ogni caso consigliamo la struttura in quanto ben tenuta, molto carina e accogliente! :) Grazie

Ottima posizione, signora cordialissima, veramente bello e ben tenuto
L'appartamento si compone di un bel bagno enorme con una doccia con soffione gigante centrale, una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale ed un lettino. La camera è abbastanza piccolina ed ha un unico armadio, ma ci si vive bene. Ottima la cucina con frigorifero e congelatore ed una dotazione minima ma completa per cucinarsi i pasti. La signora abita praticamente di fianco ed è gentilissima e cordiale. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, ben arredato e sembra appena ristrutturato. La posizione : in cinque minuti di auto si è in centro città ed in 10 a piedi si va a cala pisa.

bellissimo appartamento posizione ideale per rilassamento vicino a supermercato e al centro Carmelita e i figli sono gentilissimi, cordiali e molto disponibili. consiglio questo appartamento piccolo ma carino e attrezzato con tutto il necessario, se possibile ci ritorneremo
