9.6/10 Exceptional! (327 reviews)
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

9/10 Wonderful! (3,435 reviews)
We were expecting a much better room. The room seems outdated, the bedding was really uncomfortable and not cozy. Pillows were uncomfortable and we have to ask for more pillows. The sofa bed where my son slept, was dirty and we had to ask for additional clean sheets and blankets.
The hallways looked like a hospital and just felt not cozy at all.
The staff is amazing and very friendly.

8.2/10 Very good! (743 reviews)
"We have stayed here in the past. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Shower had good water pressure too. My only complaint was our room card stopped working after the first day. Had to go back down to get it fixed. This was also an issue last time we stayed here. ..."
